Just a little extra info if you are camping with us.

Fowler Park Camping
FAQ
1. Check and setup by 9:30 p.m. Gatehouse and Gates close and are locked at 10:00 p.m. No entrance or exit after 10 (besides emergency)
2. Stop at Gatehouse before setup. Provide License number and requested info at this time.
3. Set up tent or wheeled camping equipment immediately after check in. This serves to reserve your camp spot.
4. Return your Parking Pass to the gatehouse mailbox when checking out of the campground.

Rules to Remember

All camping is first come first serve. No reservations.
No alcohol is allowed in Vigo County Parks.
Cash or in state check is accepted for payment.
NO bike riding on Fowler Park Trails. (Hiking Only)
NO bike riding in the Pioneer Village.

  1. Is there a map with site lengths? Have 40 ft camper and need to know if it will fit.

  2. Pets must be on a leash no longer than 6′.
    Pets must not be left unattended and may not be tied to a tree or other fixture.
    Service dogs are welcome at all Vigo County Parkland and/ or facilities.
    Pet Waste must be properly disposed of by owner in a trash receptacle.
    Owners will be held accountable for the conduct of their pet.

  3. We are shooting for May 15th if the Stay at home order is lifted. No reservations needed.

  4. When will fowler park go back to first come first serve instead of online reservations? Or what day is the start of the online reservations?

  5. Fowler still has walk up resevations as long as its not full. The system when live April 1st.
